Booking FAQ’s
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yes, a $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your service total. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
What happens if I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule, you’ll need to pay another $30 deposit.
What if I’m running late?
Please let me know if you’re delayed.

10+ minutes late: A $10 late fee applies, increasing by $10 for every additional 10 minutes. (e.g., 20 min = $20, 30 min = $30).

A simpler design or service change may be necessary depending on how late you are.

15+ minutes late without notice will be treated as a no-show. Your deposit and remaining total must be paid before rebooking.
How long will my appointment take?
Expect 2–3 hours minimum for your appointment. I prioritize quality and do not rush my work.
Should I come with bare nails?
Yes, please arrive with bare nails. If removal is needed, make sure to book it in advance.
Note: I do not remove acrylics or foreign work.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept CASH ONLY for the remaining balance on the day of your appointment.
